Starhotels President and CEO Elisabetta Fabri awarded the work “Selvatica” created by the Fabscarte atelier in Milan as the winner. Selvatica, is a wall lamp with backlighting born from the collaboration with the designer Francesco Maluta, is like a window on the outside.
“We look for inspiration in nature and art to create works on paper and handmade pictorial decorations, able to blend matter, touch, and color in an original way, offering a new lexicon to interior design,” said the owners of Fabscarte.
The Fabscarte atelier was founded in Milan in 2000 by Luigi Scarabelli and Emilio Brazzolotto, together with young artisans experienced in wall decoration.
